We want you to love your Mystery Ballerz. Please read this policy before you order.

Unopened balls

You can return unopened balls in their original sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

Opened balls

Because every ball is a sealed mystery item (the ball color, the car and the remote are all random), opened balls cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, or your car or remote does not work, email us within 14 days of delivery at m.mugrabi@bh-gs.com with your order number and a photo or short video. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, at no cost to you.

How to start a return

Email us at m.mugrabi@bh-gs.com with your order number. We will reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted. Return shipping for unopened items is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
